Planned FirstWEISHAN CASH is progressing a Visa prepaid card programme. Availability, supported countries and regions, and user eligibility will depend on final programme approval and launch arrangements.

A few things to know.
Does joining guarantee a card?
No. The waitlist records interest only. Applications, if introduced in your region, will be subject to eligibility, issuer or regulated partner requirements, and applicable rules.
Can I borrow or spend beyond my balance?
No. WEISHAN CASH is designed as prepaid / prefunded only: you can use only your existing balance. There is no credit, overdraft, loan, installment plan, BNPL or payment advanced on your behalf. Virtual cards are the first-phase priority.
Which countries and languages can join?
Register your interest by selecting a country or region and independently choosing one of 19 supported email languages. A listed region does not mean card services are approved or available there. Language does not determine eligibility.
When will applications open, and what will fees be?
No launch date, final fees, issuer, card programme or country coverage is confirmed here. The site does not offer CNY funding or CNY-to-USD conversion. We will share confirmed availability with people who have opted in.
What if I do not opt in to notifications?
You can still verify your email and join the waitlist. We will not include you in availability notification exports. You can unsubscribe using the link in a notification email or contact support@weishan.cash for assistance.
Privacy Notice · {date}
When registration is enabled, we collect your email, country or region code, preferred language, notification choice, signup source and campaign identifier. We keep verification timestamps and status, notice versions, and changes to your country or region. We use these data to verify your email, maintain one active registration per email, and, only with your opt-in, notify you about regional availability.
Basic hosting and security logs and short-lived, pseudonymous anti-abuse identifiers help limit automated submissions. IP information is used for security, not to decide your country or financial eligibility. Verification codes expire after 10 minutes. Unverified records are scheduled for deletion 30 days after the last verification request; rate-limit records are kept for at most 24 hours. Verified records are kept while the waitlist purpose continues, or until a deletion request is processed. Unsubscribing stops availability notifications; it does not itself delete the registration.
Hosting and email delivery providers process data needed to operate this service. This waitlist does not collect identity documents, facial images, card numbers, CVV, bank accounts, financial credentials, phone numbers, precise location, date of birth or crypto wallets. It does not perform KYC. To request access, correction, deletion or help with notifications, contact support@weishan.cash. Regional notification emails provide an unsubscribe link.
